Responsibilities
As a specialist in data management with a focus on the WOZ aspect, you will ensure accurate WOZ registration. Your daily tasks primarily involve keeping the WOZ registration up-to-date, particularly regarding primary characteristics (measurement).
On-site Measurement:
Measure WOZ objects on-site when no construction drawings are available and record these measurements in digital drawings, including measurement statements.Reassessment of Construction Drawings:
Measure construction drawings of WOZ objects that need to be re-inventoried.Object Delimitation Assessment:
Evaluate the object delimitation of WOZ objects under investigation.Research Splits and Mergers:
Investigate splits and mergers, possibly on-site.Monthly Property Checks:
Verify the object characteristics of properties offered for sale monthly (IWOZ) and implement these changes in the WOZ administration.Translation to WOZ Administration:
Translate the above-mentioned investigations into the WOZ administration and ensure notifications to the BAG and BGT manager, so these changes are also included in these administrations if necessary (SOR concept).Data Mutation and Processing:
Mutate and process WOZ data in the WOZ application (GouwIT).Proactive Collaboration:
