Role summary
You will play a pivotal role in delivering the IAM strategy. As a Scrum Master you ensure nothing stands in the way of the team’s delivery by balancing coaching and guidance, removing impediments and driving success. You will structure multidisciplinary squads, solve impediments, use style flexibility to achieve ambitious goals and coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage area work and dependencies. You communicate clearly to POs and other business stakeholders.

• Initiate and participate in a continuous improvement process.
• Support the Product Owner in Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
• Coach the team and individuals.

• Work with fellow Scrum Masters to ensure a clear and concise Scrum strategy within the department.

• Proficiently use Azure DevOps to enhance squad professionalism and reduce administrative workload.

• Diverse background: Knowledge and experience as a developer, tester, or business analyst; focus on deliverables, processes and knowledge sharing (content and soft skills).
• Scrum mastery: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Scrum Way of Working as a Scrum Master.
• Language: Proficient in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous.
• Domain and tools: Preferably experience in a financial environment and proficiency in Azure DevOps.
