Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the tactical level of the NCTV by thinking along, collaborating, and executing technical developments.
• Ensure the realization of policies by drafting processes, acquiring and/or implementing various applications, and securing them.
• Contribute to the management of various IT projects.
• Advise on measures to be taken, assess proposed measures by other network partners, and lead and support the further development of existing applications.
• Contribute to the development of security policies.
• Support the client in the implementation of assignments, oversee the execution of the Plan of Requirements (P.v.E.) or Plan of Approach (P.v.A.), and monitor the execution of assignments by third parties.

Requirements

Expectations:

• Further develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ensure measures are written, implemented, and secured.
• Support the acquisition, implementation, and securing of applications and/or services in the form of P.v.E. or P.v.A.
• Advise on the implementation of Information Security products and/or services (IAM, PAM, SIEM, and LMS).
• Provide advice on security measures for various projects within the NCTV in collaboration with the CISO.
• Coordinate processes and provide advice on security measures for various projects within the NCTV.
• Draft and oversee the execution of the P.v.A. and/or P.v.E. for new and existing projects.
• Continuously improve the NCTV’s application portfolio.
• Develop and describe processes for the information security of the NCTV.
• Manage and secure the policy of security testing.
• Contribute to the development and execution of an internal information security audit plan.
• Prepare various (trend and MT) reports on information security, incidents, and progress.
