Responsibilities
Financial Partner:
Serve as a financial business partner for internal clients, including department managers, policy advisors, directors, and project leaders. Facilitate alignment on financial issues with involved colleagues.Risk Management:
Actively manage financial risks and provide financial advice to management, directors, and the board as needed.Budget Management:
Coordinate, support, and advise budget holders in executing the planning and control cycle, ensuring coherence within and between various budgets.Financial Products:
Contribute to the development of planning and control products such as the spring memorandum, budget, management reports, and annual accounts.Personnel Oversight:
Monitor financial aspects of personnel formation and staffing.Proposal Support:
Support and advise in drafting proposals for the college and council.Trend Analysis:
Identify trends and risks, incorporating these developments into departmental advice.Requirements
Communication Skills:
Be a strong discussion partner and effectively communicate financial advice to various stakeholders.Problem Solving:
Think in terms of opportunities and solutions, translating ambitions into financial possibilities.Collaboration:
