Responsibilities
As a Document Builder, you play a crucial role in the RTO Management team within the Customer Interaction Services department in Utrecht. You will be responsible for constructing the letters that the Tax and Customs Administration sends to citizens and businesses. You will work closely with builders, editors, subject matter experts, Product Owners, and planners to create content for both citizens and businesses. The Generic Document Creation (GDC) team acts as the link between the editorial team and the business, ensuring that everyone receives a clear and understandable letter.
Your tasks include building and testing our letter models and ensuring that the entire process—from the moment editors provide the text to the point where your colleagues send the letter—runs smoothly. This is technical and precise work, where collaboration with clients and colleagues is essential to achieve the final result: a perfectly constructed letter.
