Re-integratieconsulent

Screener

Responsibilities

As a Re-integratieconsulent:

• Result Responsibility:

  You are responsible for guiding clients from your caseload towards paid employment.

• Plan of Action:

  Develop, implement, and adjust a Plan of Action as needed.

• Methodical Approach:

  Conduct progress discussions with clients according to the goals/agreements in the Plan of Action and monitor its execution.

• Compliance Assessment:

  Evaluate whether clients sufficiently meet the agreed obligations and report on this.

• Fraud Detection:

  Identify potential fraud and advise on further investigation if necessary.

• Guidance:

  Support all target groups under the Participation Act both individually and in groups.

As a Screener:

• Initial Analysis:

  Conduct an initial analysis of the work and development potential of residents applying for benefits at Laborijn.

• Life Areas Assessment:

  Provide an overview of the various life areas and challenges of the resident.

• Advisory Role:

  Advise on appropriate next steps to further develop the resident towards work or participation.

• Process Management:

  Manage the steps that directly employable residents take from the start towards entering paid work.

• Entitlement Advice:

  Advise residents on their entitlement to prior provisions and whether they qualify for benefits.

• Youth Search Period:

  Monitor and assess the search period for young people.

• Service Evaluation:

  Determine and evaluate the services provided to Non-Benefit Recipients (Nuggers) seeking support at Laborijn.
