Responsibilities

Impact on Compensation Benefits Policy:

As an HR Expert in Compensation Benefits (C&B), you will translate strategy into policy and execution, ensuring our employment conditions are market-conform and contribute to organizational goals and talent retention.

Advisory Role:

Advise and support HR colleagues and business leaders on complex C&B issues.

Job Evaluation Studies:

Conduct job evaluation studies and contribute to building a modern and balanced job structure.

Development Opportunities:

Identify opportunities for further development and application of regulations and instruments, and perform analyses for Compensation Benefits.

Client-Focused Advice:

Translate client inquiries into clear, executable advice, considering the organization’s short, medium, and long-term interests and vision.

Project Leadership:

Lead or participate in projects aimed at developing new or modified employment conditions.

Requirements

Experience and Skills:

• HBO work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a Compensation Benefits role.
• Affinity with the network sector is a plus.
• Experience in a large, dynamic corporate environment with diverse employee groups.
• Hands-on, self-starting, meticulous, and enjoys working collaboratively in a changing environment.
• Ability to switch effortlessly between policy and execution, and to engage others in your vision.
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and able to convey complex information clearly.

Team Environment

Collaborative Team:

From day one, you will be part of the HR Experts Team, working with colleagues who share a passion for HR. This team reports to the Manager HR Advice Experts and collaborates on initiatives across various HR themes.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Work closely with the HR Strategy Professional C&B responsible for CAO and C&B policy development, as well as other HR teams such as HR Advisors, HR Strategists, and HR business partners.

Team Atmosphere:

The HR Experts team maintains an informal and pleasant atmosphere, where each HR Expert is a specialist in their field, contributing to the advancement of HR teams and the organization.
